I shot my first deer this year, a decent spike-buck. I'm pretty happy about it, it was about 55 yards out through some brush, and I dropped him with one shot! Below is a picture with Kevin, a family friend we were hunting with who was a huge help, and did all he could to make sure I got a shot at a deer this year. Then the last picture is of my supportive husband and me with the deer! Glad I've now proved myself, and looking forward to some venison!
